Registration fees include access to all sessions of the Workshop, registration materials, an opening reception on Sunday, March 10, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and a workshop dinner on Monday evening. (If you wish to bring a guest to the dinner on Monday evening, you may purchase an extra dinner ticket for $50 using the online registration.)
The fees are as follows:
Early Registration (before and on February 15, 2013): $200
Regular and on-site registration (after February 15, 2013): $250
